Do you feel like you could use some inner peace and me-time? A yoga holiday or yoga weekend in the Netherlands is wonderfully relaxing and consists of so much more than just yoga. Fantastic accommodations, beautiful walks, healthy food, and more. Check the list with great options for yoga retreats in the Netherlands.
Yoga weekends in the Netherlands
A yoga retreat is a beautiful gift for yourself. And you don’t have to travel far at all; more than enough yoga retreats in the Netherlands are available. Most yoga retreats are actually a yoga weekend: two nights and three days. But there are certainly more extended options as well.
In addition to the number of days, it is also important to take a good look at the yoga retreat program. Often there are all kinds of nice combinations on the schedule. For example, sometimes there are cooking workshops, others offer SUP yoga, and you also have retreats that focus on a specific theme. Also, pay close attention to the yoga style. Maybe you like to try different types of yoga during your retreat?
For almost all yoga retreats, the organization provides yoga mats, bolsters, blocks, etc. But if you prefer to bring your own mat, see if you can find a nice, light travel yoga mat.
And, if your Dutch could be better, please check with the organizer if you can join or if English is an option.
